          Carburetor Settings;
            High Speed Needle: 1/4-3/4 turn clockwise from flush (never turn
             past a maximum of 3/4 turn clockwise from flush)
            Idle Adjustment Screw: Turn counterclockwise to reduce idle speed
             or clockwise to increase, idle speed should not engage clutch,
             set throttle trim on radio to neutral before setting idle.
            Low Speed Needle: Set flush with carb body, let engine idle for 30
             seconds, then accelerate to 3/4 throttle. If there is a lot of
             white smoke and slow acceleration the mixture is too rich. If car
             accelerates quickly and sputters, the mixture is too lean. Turn
             needle in 1/8 turn increments to adjust. Do not turn past 2 turns
             from flush.
