This Trail version of the FLX18-3S20-WP ESC is standard in the Venture18 U4 and features an F/B/R running mode in addition to the F/R crawler mode.
And, by using an Auxiliary channel on your transmitter, you can switch between the two running modes on the fly without needing to stop and plug in a program card.

ESC parameters are adjustable using the Hobby wing LED Program Card (available separately):

- Motor Direction
- Drag Brake Force
(Braking power when throttle is at neutral position. Higher drag brake means stronger hold on hills.)
- Drag Brake Rate
(Controls the response of the drag brake. The higher setting the faster the drag brake is applied. A lower value may help the vehicle stop more steadily.)
