By popular demand! In commemoration of Amtrak's 50th Anniversary (celebrated on May 1st, 2021) Kato USA will release all versions of Amtrak's 50th Anniversary P42 locomotives in HO Scale. This HO scale diesel locomotive features a coreless truck-motor drive paired with a super-heavy solid metal body mechanism that doubles the number of motors while increasing the traction potential and weight for smoothness and pulling power. These model trains can handle curves as small as 14-5/16" (370mm; European R1) for operation in spaces normally reserved strictly for N Scale models!
