This M1 decoder (see M1 for more information) comes connected to a 3.5" (8.89 cm) long harness which is terminated with a 8-Pin NMRA plug rotated 90 degrees from the standard orientation. This allows the decoder to accommodate the UK's narrow gauge locomotives.
