The Castle Creations 1520-1650Kv V2 is a high-performance sensored brushless motor designed for powerful 1/6, 1/7, and 1/8 scale RC vehicles weighing up to 18 lbs ready-to-run. It is ideal for high-power builds running up to 8S LiPo and is a strong choice for monster trucks, truggies, buggies, and speed-capable large-scale platforms.

The V2 version features a redesigned rotor and stator for improved magnetic flux, smoother startup, reduced cogging, improved efficiency, lower operating temperatures, and longer run times. When paired with a compatible Castle sensored ESC, this motor supports Castle SmartSense technology for smooth sensored startup with efficient sensorless operation once running.

Notes:
A compatible electronic speed control is required and sold separately. Castle recommends the Mamba Monster X 8S or another compatible Castle sensored ESC.

Verify motor fitment before installation. Some vehicles may require an optional motor mount or additional modifications.

Monitor motor temperatures closely. Never exceed 180°F on the motor or ESC. Do not use motor mounting screws that extend more than 5mm into the front of the motor, as screws that are too long can damage the motor windings and may void the warranty.

The motor is water-resistant, but the sensor wire connections are not water resistant. Castle recommends using dielectric grease around the sensor wire connections when running in wet conditions, and routine maintenance is recommended after wet use.
